Mark is recognized for his responsiveness, clear communication, and ability to maximize recoveries while relieving clients of the stress of navigating the claims process alone. Outside of work, he enjoys offshore fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Kevin Cooper – Claims Director

Kevin serves as Claims Director at On The Mark Claim Adjusting, where he oversees complex property claims and leads the firm’s appraisal efforts. With years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial losses, Kevin is respected for his fairness, precision, and ability to resolve disputes efficiently. As a senior leader at OTM, he plays a key role in guiding clients through the claims process and mentoring the next generation of adjusters. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys time on the water, outdoor activities, and connecting with industry peers.
